We have had ants in our conservatory/ dining room and he has been incredibly knowledgeable on what products to use. We've recently had a baby and as soon as the problem started and he knew we had a little one, he was extremely accommodating in sorting out the issue as soon as able. Tim and his team did an excellent job on the day to remove the bees and the hive and provided excellent customer support after the job to ensure the problem had been resolved. Tim Bainbridge came to look at my summerhouse when I saw bees had made a home in the roof. Tim is well informed and has Integrity. He gave me great advice to leave the bees undisturbed, and that they would disappear if their own accord within a couple of weeks. Again I called him this week as I thought I had wasps in my loft, he fitted me in promptly, came out had a look at the entry point and found that they were bees! Tim came to my house on 28/05/26 to assess an issue with bees which were flying around at the upper part of the back of my house in Biddulph. Tim was only there for a few minutes, but he quickly identified what type of bee they were and gave good advice about they would likely progress, and what to do once the bees had left I.e not sealing up a point of entry until then. Huge shout out and thanks to Tim of Tjb Pest Control … I thought we had a wasp nest, but Tim kindly came over and told us that they are in fact European Tree Bee’s and recommended that we just “let them bee” 😂 as they would move on in about 3/4 weeks … and Tim was such a gentleman, he didn’t even charge us. So refreshing these days when someone less scrupulous could have charged us a fortune…. Highly recommended, thank you Tim 🐝 ….
